ohayō
Each time, I open my eyes to a different Japan. A quiet alley in Tokyo. Mount Fuji emerging between two buildings. A salaryman asleep on the subway. A ray of sunlight on a torii. The scent of coffee mingling with tatami. A stranger’s gaze on the train. The konbini clerk bowing to every customer.
I decided to capture these moments and understand a little better this country that still eludes me. So I photograph. To remember. To share what moves me. These images are my Japan. And I want to share it with you, one photo at a time.
